Free Webinar - Feedback: The key to a top performing team.
We have all been in this situation or a situation similar to this. Imagine someone in your workplace has done something against the office culture or core values, or perhaps they are operating in a way that consumes more time and money than needed. Possibly, they are exceeding all expectations lately and really doing a great job. Regardless of the situation, there comes a time when giving feedback becomes a necessity in your workplace. Feedback can promote personal and professional growth, provide positive and constructive criticism, and allow everyone involved to improve their focus and results. When applied in a professional and constructive way, feedback can truly be a gift that keeps giving.

In this free webinar, on March 24th at 12:00pm EST, we are going to walk you through what feedback is and how powerful this practice can be for your business and retention.

We will discuss:

• What is feedback?
• The power of perception
• The ONLY right response to feedback in the moment
• Types of feedback
• Structuring feedback
• Creating a culture of feedback
